Public Hearing
The Austerlitz Fire District 1 will be holding a Public Hearing on February 13, 2024 from 6:00pm to 6:30pm at the Spencertown Fire Company, 1 Memorial Drive, Spencertown NY, for the purpose of adopting the Real Property Tax exemptions provided for Volunteer Firefighters in accordance with Section 466-a of the Real Property Tax Law.
