NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Austerlitz Fire District #1 requests sealed bids for a new Pumper Fire Truck. Each bidder must comply with the New York State General Municipal Law, section 103 and also supply a Non-collusive Bidding Certification as required by section 103-d of said Law. Each bidder must supply a complete set of specifications as well as a print of the proposed truck chassis and body. Bid specifications may be obtained by calling Tara Pilkington, AFD#1 Secretary @ (518) 755-8612 or via email @ austerlitzfiredistrict [at] gmail.com. Sealed bids will be received by USPS mail to: Austerlitz Fire District #1, P.O. Box 77, Spencertown, NY 12165; or, by hand delivery to Austerlitz Fire District #1, 1 Memorial Drive, Spencertown, NY 12165 until 6:30PM, May 21, 2024, at which time, all bids received will be publicly opened and read, and the identity of all Bidders will be publicly disclosed at the regular Austerlitz Fire District #1 Fire Commissioners' meeting.
